ANS Club

Build Skills, Network, and Prepare for Your Nursing Career

The Associated Nursing Students (ANS) at Elgin Community College provides nursing majors with opportunities to engage in career-focused activities, develop professional skills, and connect with health care leaders. Through networking events, workshops, and community service projects, members gain valuable insight into the nursing profession and explore a variety of career paths after graduation.

The club fosters a supportive community where nursing students can share experiences, seek guidance, and collaborate with peers and mentors. ANS also offers leadership opportunities and access to discussions with experienced nurses, helping students better understand the challenges and rewards of the health care field.

By participating, students strengthen communication and critical thinking skills, build confidence, and stay informed about current trends in nursing. ANS enhances the overall educational experience at ECC and helps prepare students to enter the workforce as compassionate, well-rounded health care professionals. Join ANS to connect, learn, and grow in your future nursing career.
