Address the Board

Individuals or groups who wish to comment and/or provide information during the public comment section of meetings are expected to complete and return a "request to speak" card available at meetings from the assistant to the board secretary.

Comments should be in good taste and demonstrate consideration for others. Comments regarding specific individuals are inappropriate.

Speakers

Each speaker is allotted no more than three minutes. Speakers wishing to provide documents to the board should submit 10 copies to the board secretary.
