Campus Support Groups & Events

We facilitate support groups for students regarding a variety of psychosocial topics. Support groups of 8 to 10 participants typically meet weekly for one-hour sessions lasting 4 to 6 weeks.

Topics may include:

  • Adjusting to college
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Healthy relationships
  • Self-esteem


Holistic workshops are offered focusing on empowering students to achieve their full potential. 'Wellness Wednesday' events are also offered every first and third Wednesday during the fall and spring semesters, and are located in the Jobe Lounge (next to the Bookstore, in Building B), to provide students with basic wellness information and details about wellness services available at ECC.
