Patrons FAQ
Masks are strongly recommended. Anyone who prefers to wear a face-covering is welcome and encouraged to do so. As masking is now a personal choice, we must respect everyone’s decision, whether they choose to mask or not.
If you have questions, please call the box office at 847-622-0300.
Requirements to Attend an ECC Arts Center Event
Proof of vaccinations or negative test is no longer required for most of our events including this event. However, masks are strongly recommended. Anyone who prefers to wear a face-covering is welcome and encouraged to do so.
Patrons who are not feeling well, exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, should not come to the Arts Center.
Ticket Prices & Fees
Prices vary for each event. Senior and student rates apply where applicable. A $2 facility fee is added to each ticket. The facility fee defrays the costs of building security and maintenance. A $5 per order handling fee is assessed for all internet and phone orders. (The $5 fee is not charged to in-person orders.)
Refunds
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Ticket exchanges are allowed for some but not all performances if requested at least 48 hours before the purchased performance.
Group Ticket Sales
Plan your group outing at the ECC Arts Center! Discounted ticket prices are available to various events for groups of 10 or more.
