Follow the instructions on the screen to upload an image/photo of your proof and enter additional information about your vaccination. Illinois Testing Mandate
To accommodate the governor's weekly requirement, on-campus and community vaccination clinics, and other compliance-related protocols, Elgin Community College has put procedures for students and employees to provide proof of vaccination or receive free, on-site testing in Building K, room K171. Face coverings are required when in campus facilities regardless of vaccination status. Two self-service stations with a digital temperature scanner, mask dispenser, and hand sanitizer are located at Building A and H entrances. Additional mask dispensers are located in Buildings E, K, O, and M.
