November 7, 2009 - Season Ends - On a beautiful fall day with ideal playing conditions, the Spartans saw their season end with a 6-2 loss to Schoolcraft College in the District D playoff game. Schoolcraft, with the win, advances to the NJCAA National Championship which will be played November 19-22 in Tyler, Texas. The first half ended with ECC and Schoolcraft tied at 2-2. While the Spartans played tough the whole game, the lack of subs finally took its toll on the team in the second half, and Schoolcraft pulled away. Scoring goals for ECC were Michelle Glaser and Brittni Brown. More»
