The purchase or sale of a home or an investment property is the most important financial event in the lives of most people. As a result, most of us generally seek the help of a professional real estate salesperson when buying and selling property.

Real Estate Sales / Real Estate Broker

All real estate sales agents and brokers must be licensed by the state of Illinois.

• For information about Illinois requirements for real estate sales agents and brokers, visit Applied Measurement Professionals (AMP), the testing company that administers the Illinois licensing test.
