ECC offers a number of programs and services to assist individuals who are currently unemployed. Scholarships, financial aid, workshops, short-term job training opportunities and supportive services are just a few of the services available. IWDS provides a state listing of WIA (Workforce Investment Act) certified training programs.

Employment Services
topECC has a coordinator, funded by the Local Workforce Investment Area of Northern Cook County (LWIB 8), whose function is to help you find a job. Services are available to residents of Bartlett, Streamwood, Hanover Park, and Elgin who reside within Cook County. More»

National Institute of Health Scholars Program
Students interested in science, medicine and cutting edge fields in biomedical research are invited to apply for a new National Institutes of Health (NIH) scholars program, a partnership between ECC and Roosevelt University—Schaumburg.
