Culinary Arts & Hospitality


ECC offers eight study options emphasizing cooking, baking and food
preparation skills; three options in restaurant/hospitality
management; and three more in hotel management. Pastry and culinary
arts study prepares students to plan, purchase, prepare and present
food in a variety of settings. Restaurant management prepares students
for positions in the food and beverage industry outside the kitchen.
Hotel management leads to careers in the hotel, convention and tourism
industry.
